Our Wellbeing Activities are led by our delivery partner, Your Leisure. The activities usually run between 6-10 weeks in various community venues. The participants complete a questionnaire at the beginning and end of the activity, to judge how they have benefitted from taking part.

The activities are designed to reduce social isolation and loneliness, as well as improving mental and physical health. Over the years we have organised some wonderful and wacky activities such as burlesque, belly dancing, boxing, beach volleyball, ballet, stone carving and computer coding, to name but a few.
